- 1 3/4 ozRuby port
- 1Egg yolk
Instructions
Use pasteurized eggs or pasteurized egg products for this uncooked egg drink. Shake brandy, ruby port, and an egg yolk vigorously with ice until well-chilled and frothy. Strain into a small cocktail or cordial glass. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg on top.
