- 1 ozHeavy cream

Instructions
Use pasteurized eggs or pasteurized egg products for this uncooked egg drink. Dry shake (without ice) the gin, grenadine, heavy cream, and egg white to emulsify. Add ice and shake again until chilled and frothy. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
