How do I search for a cocktail?

Open the app and start typing in the search bar. PourIt uses fuzzy matching, so even if you misspell the name, it'll find it. You can also search by ingredient.

Does PourIt work offline?

Yes. The full recipe database is cached locally on your device. You don't need Wi-Fi or cell service to look up recipes.

What is Rush Mode?

Rush Mode is a high-contrast, large-text view designed for busy service. It strips the recipe down to just ingredients and instructions. Nothing else. Toggle it from any recipe detail screen.

Is Pro billing live yet?

Pro billing is rolling out in stages through the App Store and Google Play. Until that rollout is complete, the core recipe and team workflows remain the focus.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Can my bar team share custom recipes?

Yes. Sign up for a Team plan on pourit.app, create your organization, and invite your team with a code. House recipes sync across all members. Owners and admins control access.

Is AI available in PourIt today?

The AI foundation exists in the product, but public rollout is staged. We are leading with the core recipe, inventory, prep, SOP, training, and team workflows first.

What devices does PourIt run on?

PourIt is built for iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, browser dashboards, and desktop-targeted environments including Windows, macOS, and Linux.

How do I set up an organization?

Sign up for Team on pourit.app. From the dashboard, create your organization and generate invite codes. Team members download the app, create an account, and enter the code to join.

How do I manage my team's access?

Organization owners and admins can manage roles, add or remove members, and control permissions from the team dashboard at pourit.app/dashboard/team. Each member gets a role such as owner, admin, bartender, or trainee.

How do I cancel my Team subscription?

Team subscriptions are managed through pourit.app. Sign in, go to Account Settings, and cancel there. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.

What happens to my team's data if I cancel?

Your organization and all its data (private recipes, members, SOPs, training records) remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. Download anything you need from the dashboard. After 30 days, data is deleted per our retention policy.

How do I upgrade to Team?

Sign up at pourit.app/pricing and select the Team plan. Contact us at [email protected] if you need help or have questions about your plan.

How do I contact sales for Enterprise?

Email [email protected] with your organization details and we'll set up a call to discuss your needs.

Do team members need their own Pro subscription?

No. Team members can use shared organization features without buying Pro individually. Pro remains a separate individual upgrade for personal perks like ad-free use and saved personal upgrades.

What payment methods do you accept?

Pro billing rolls out through the iOS App Store and Google Play. Team and Enterprise subscriptions are billed via Stripe on pourit.app. We accept all major credit cards.
