What's the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is for individual bartenders. It unlocks ad-free use, saved My Bar, Stock Next, unlimited favorites, and the full education hub. Team is for bars and restaurants that need shared recipes, house inventory, menus, SOPs, training tracks, team management, and docs. Team members get organization features and full education access through the org, while Pro remains the individual upgrade tier.
How much does Team cost per person?
Team is $29.99/month per location, not per person. It includes up to 15 members per location, so a small bar pays the same whether it has 2 bartenders or 12.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Pro offers monthly ($6.99) and yearly ($49.99, a 40% savings). Team offers monthly ($29.99) and yearly ($249.99, a 30% savings). Switch anytime through your account settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pro billing rolls out through the iOS App Store and Google Play. Team subscriptions are billed through pourit.app via Stripe. We accept all major credit cards.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro cancels through your device's app store settings. Team cancels through pourit.app. No questions asked. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Do team members need their own Pro subscription?
No. Team members can use shared organization features without buying Pro individually. Pro remains the individual upgrade for ad-free use, unlimited favorites, and other personal perks.
How do I set up a team?
Sign up for Team on pourit.app. Create your organization and generate invite codes. Team members download the app, create an account, and enter the code. They get full access on day one.
What about Enterprise (chains, hospitality groups)?
Email [email protected] if you run 4+ locations, need a full rollout, or want higher limits and custom support. We can set up an Enterprise plan with centralized onboarding, branding, API access, and dedicated support.
