Terms of Service

Agreement

By downloading or using PourIt, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

The Service

PourIt provides a searchable database of cocktail recipes, AI recipe generation, and team recipe sharing. The free tier includes ads; PourIt Pro removes ads and unlocks additional features.

Your Account

• You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction
• You're responsible for activity under your account
• You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete)
• Guest access is available without an account

Organization Accounts

Team and Enterprise plans allow you to create an organization for your bar or hospitality group. As the organization owner:

• You control member access and can remove members at any time
• Private recipes, SOPs, and training content belong to the organization
• Deleting your account does not automatically delete the organization. Transfer ownership first if needed
• You're responsible for ensuring team members comply with these terms

Content

The curated recipe database is owned by PourIt. User-submitted recipes remain your property, but you grant us a license to display them within the app. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Private recipes shared within an organization are accessible only to organization members and are not displayed publicly.

Subscriptions

PourIt offers individual and organization subscriptions:

• Pro (individual):Purchased through the iOS App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.
• Team and Enterprise (organizations): Purchased through pourit.app and billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard. No questions asked. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Organization subscriptions are non-refundable after the start of a billing period, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
