Irish Coffee

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ozIrish whiskey
• 1 tspBrown sugar
• 4 ozHot coffee
• 1 ozHeavy cream

Instructions

Pour hot, fresh coffee into a warmed Irish coffee glass or mug. Stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Add Irish whiskey and stir. Float slightly whipped heavy cream on top by pouring gently over the back of a spoon. Do not stir the cream in; drink the coffee through the cream.
