- 1 ozCream
- 1Egg yolk
- 1 tbspSugar
- 1 ozRum
- 1 ozBrandy
- 1/4 tspVanilla extract
- grated (garnish)Nutmeg
Instructions
In a shaker (or blender), combine milk, cream, egg yolk, sugar, rum, brandy, and vanilla extract without ice. Shake or blend until well-mixed and frothy. Pour into a chilled wine goblet or mug. Grate fresh nutmeg on top.
