Ingredients

• 1 ozBrandy, preferably Spanish
• 1 ozCherry liqueur
• 1 ozWhite or dark creme de cacao
• 1 ozEgg white

Instructions

Stir Brandy, preferably Spanish, Cherry liqueur, White or dark creme de cacao, Egg White with ice. Strain into a chilled glass.
