- 1/2 ozTriple sec
- 1/2 ozFresh lemon juice
- 1Egg white
Instructions
Use pasteurized eggs or pasteurized egg products for this uncooked egg drink. Shake gin, triple sec, and lemon juice with egg white (dry shake first). Add ice and shake again until frothy. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
