- 2 slicesCucumber
- 2 ozBlanco tequila
- 1 ozFresh lime juice
- 1 ozSimple syrup
- 2 dashesJalapeno hot pepper sauce
- 2 sprigsFresh cilantro
Instructions
Muddle the cucumber and cilantro in a shaker. Add the blanco tequila, lime juice, simple syrup and jalapeno hot pepper sauce, shake with ice and double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
