Amaretto Sour

Ingredients

• 1.75 ozAmaretto liqueur
• 2 ozFresh lemon juice
• 0.25 ozSimple syrup
• 1Egg white
• 0.25 ozBourbon Whiskey

Instructions

Dry shake the amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white vigorously (without ice). Add ice and shake again until chilled and frothy. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, or serve double strained into a coup glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry, optional orange twist.
