Ingredients
- 1.75 ozAmaretto liqueur
- 2 ozFresh lemon juice
- 0.25 ozSimple syrup
- 1Egg white
- 0.25 ozBourbon Whiskey
Instructions
Use pasteurized eggs or pasteurized egg products for this uncooked egg drink. Dry shake the amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, bourbon whiskey, and egg white vigorously (without ice). Add ice and shake again until chilled and frothy. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, or serve double strained into a coup glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry, optional orange twist.
