Ingredients
- 2 ozBourbon
- 3/4 ozFresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ozSimple syrup
- 1Egg white
Instructions
Dry shake (no ice) bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white vigorously. Add ice and shake again until very cold and frothy. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a half orange slice and a cherry. (Alternatively serve straight up in a coupe.)
