Pisco Sour

Ingredients

• 2 ozPisco
• 1 ozFresh lime juice
• 3/4 ozSimple syrup
• 1Egg white
• 1 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

Shake pisco, lime juice, and simple syrup with egg white (dry shake without ice first). Add ice and shake again vigorously until frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe. Add a drop of Angostura bitters on the foam as garnish.
