Ingredients
- 2 ozPisco
- 1 ozFresh lime juice
- 3/4 ozSimple syrup
- 1Egg white
- 1 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
Use pasteurized eggs or pasteurized egg products for this uncooked egg drink. Shake pisco, lime juice, and simple syrup with egg white (dry shake without ice first). Add ice and shake again vigorously until frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe. Add a drop of Angostura bitters on the foam as garnish.
