- 1/4 ozIslay Scotch whisky
- 3/4 ozFresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ozHoney-ginger syrup
Instructions
Shake blended Scotch, lemon juice, and honey-ginger syrup with ice. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Float the Islay Scotch on top. Garnish with candied ginger.
