Mai-Tai (Trader Vic Version)

Ingredients

• 2 ozDark rum, preferably Jamaican
• 1/2 ozOrange curacao
• 1 ozFresh lime juice
• 1/2 ozOrgeat syrup
• 1/4 ozRock candy syrup or simple syrup

Instructions

Shake Dark rum, preferably Jamaican, Orange curacao, Fresh lime juice (reserve 1/2 lime shell for garnish), Orgeat Syrup, Rock candy syrup or simple syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
