- 1/2 ozSake
- 3/4 ozFresh lime juice
- 3/4 ozSimple syrup
- 3 slicesCucumber
Instructions
Muddle the cucumber, then add vodka, sake, lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake and double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a cucumber slice as garnish.
