- 2 1/2 ozBourbon whiskey
- 1/2 ozGreen creme de menthe
- 1 ozFresh lime juice
- 1/2 ozSimple syrup
- 5 leavesFresh mint leaves
- Top upClub soda
Instructions
Blend all the listed ingredients except the club soda without ice until smooth. Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top up with club soda, stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig.
