Ingredients
- 2 ozFresh lemon juice
- 1 ozSimple syrup
- 5 ozSparkling water
- As neededBasil leaves
Instructions
Gently muddle basil with simple syrup. Add lemon juice and ice. Shake briefly. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with basil leaf and lemon wheel.
