- 1.5 ozMixed berry shrub
- 0.5 ozFresh lemon juice
- 5 ozClub soda
Instructions
Add berry shrub and lemon juice to a highball glass with ice. Top with club soda. Stir gently. Garnish with fresh berries. To make shrub: combine equal parts berries, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Refrigerate 48 hours, strain.
