- 2 ozBlanco tequila
- 1 ozFresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 ozAgave nectar
- 1 ozEgg white
- 3 dashesOrange blossom water
- 2 dashesPeychaud's bitters
Instructions
Dry shake the blanco tequila, grapefruit juice, agave nectar, egg white, orange blossom water and Peychaud's bitters without ice. Add ice, shake again and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
