- 1 strawberryStrawberry, chopped
- 2 ozVodka
- 1 ozFresh lemon juice
- 1 ozSimple syrup
- 4 leavesFresh basil leaves
- Top upClub soda
Instructions
Gently muddle the chopped strawberry and basil. Add vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice, then shake. Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top up with club soda and add the strawberry and basil garnish.
