- 1 sliceRipe pear
- 2 ozDark rum
- 1/2 ozBenedictine
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Instructions
Muddle the pear slice. Add rum, Benedictine, bitters and ice, then shake. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the second pear slice.
