- 1/4-inch piecePeeled fresh ginger
- 2 ozCitrus-flavored vodka
- 1/2 ozLimoncello
- 3/4 ozPineapple juice
- 3 leavesFresh cilantro leaves
Instructions
Muddle the ginger and cilantro. Add citrus-flavored vodka, limoncello, pineapple juice and ice, then shake. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
