Ingredients
- 2 ozBourbon whiskey
- 0.25 ozDemerara syrup
- 3 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Add bourbon, demerara syrup, and bitters. Stir gently. Use a smoking gun according to its manufacturer’s instructions to add smoke under a suitable cover. Keep flames and hot equipment away from the serving glass and drink. Lift and let smoke escape. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
