Ingredients

2 ozGin
1/2 ozFresh lemon juice
1/2 ozFresh lime juice
3/4 ozSimple syrup
1 ozHeavy cream
1Egg white
3 dropsOrange blossom water
2 ozSoda water

Instructions

Dry shake all ingredients except soda water vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again until very cold. Strain into a chilled Collins glass. Top with soda water and let the foam rise above the rim.
