Ingredients
- 2 ozGin
- 1/2 ozFresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ozFresh lime juice
- 3/4 ozSimple syrup
- 1 ozHeavy cream
- 1Egg white
- 3 dropsOrange blossom water
- 2 ozSoda water
Instructions
Use pasteurized eggs or pasteurized egg products for this uncooked egg drink. Dry shake all ingredients except soda water vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again until very cold. Strain into a chilled Collins glass. Top with soda water and let the foam rise above the rim.
