- 1 ozPineapple syrup
- 3/4 ozFresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ozWater
Instructions
Shake pisco, pineapple gum syrup, lemon juice, and water with ice. Strain into a chilled wine glass or punch cup filled with ice. Garnish with a small pineapple wedge or leaf.
