- 1/2 ozFresh lemon juice
- 1 ozPowdered sugar
- 1 ozLight cream
- 2 ozGin
- 1/4 peachPeach
- Top upClub soda
Instructions
Cut the peach portion into small pieces and muddle it. Add the remaining ingredients except club soda and shake vigorously with ice. Double-strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, top up with club soda and stir gently.
