New Orleans Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 1/2 ozFresh lemon juice
• 1/2 ozFresh lime juice
• 1 ozPowdered sugar
• 1 ozEgg white
• 2 ozGin
• 1 ozLight cream, 1/2 oz

Instructions

Shake Juice of a Lemon, Juice of a Lime, Powdered Sugar, Egg White, Gin, Light cream, 1/2 oz with ice. Strain into a chilled glass.
