Mississippi Planter's Punch

Ingredients

• 2 ozDark rum
• 1 ozFresh lemon juice
• 1/2 ozMolas ses (or brown sugar syrup)
• 3 dashesAngostura bitters

Instructions

Shake dark rum, lemon juice, and molasses syrup with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Add bitters on top and briefly stir. Garnish with a lemon slice and mint sprig.
