- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
- Top upChampagne
- 1/2 ozCognac
Instructions
Place a sugar cube in a champagne flute. Saturate it with a couple dashes of Angostura bitters. Add cognac if using. Fill the flute with chilled champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
