Caesar

Ingredients

• For glassLemon wedge, celery salt
• 1 1/2 ozVodka
• 4 ozTomato-clam juice
• 2–3 dashesPrepared horseradish
• 1 dashWorcestershire sauce
• 1 pinchsalt
• 1 pinchground black pepper

Instructions

Moisten the rim of a highball glass with the lemon wedge and coat it with celery salt. Fill the glass with ice. Shake the vodka, tomato-clam juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper with ice, then strain into the prepared glass.
